Metric US/Imperial
  • Carnaroli rice -  150 g
  • Shallots -  2 units
  • Olive oil -  15 ml
  • White wine -  150 ml
  • Chicken stock -  500 ml
  • Butter  -  60 g
  • Parmesan -  80 g
  • Cooked chicken -  100 g
  • Taragon -  10 g
2 saucepans, cheese grater, heatproof spatula or wooden spoon.
Arborio rice is readily available and works well.
