Sweet, delicate and hearty, Lamb Lyonnaise is a wonderful one-pot wonder. It’s perfect for those cool evenings, great for entertaining and can be prepared in advance. Have all your ingredients weighed out and ready to go.

  • Butter  -  75 g
  • Chicken stock -  400 ml

2 Large frying pans, a deep pot with a tight-fitting lid.
