Banana bread is the perfect way to use up your ripe bananas. This recipe is easy to rustle up with a few basic store cupboard ingredients. Chocolate chips add extra “yum” to this classic favourite. Follow along with our video recipe and your home will smell like fresh baking in no time!
Weigh all ingredients and line the tin.

  • Caster sugar -  140 g
  • Self-raising flour -  140 g
  • Chocolate Chips -  80 g
  • Ripe Banana -  3 Unit(s)
  • Baking Powder -  6 g
  • Ground Cinnamon -  2 g
  • Salt -  2 g
Baking Paper, Hand Mixer, Sieve, Mixing bowl, Baking tray.
Use the butter at room temperature for a better result.
