Spanish Tapas, Chorizo with Red Wine and Honey, Prawns Pil Pil, Oregano and Patatas Bravas

We all love to mix things up, so why not have a few simple dishes at once? These tasty tapas will bring Spain right to your kitchen. One of my personal favourites, and I have no doubt they will soon be yours. Learn to cook and impress your friends with this video recipe.

Please preheat your oven to 180°C356°F

Peel the skin from the chorizo, dice the potatoes, chop chilli, chop garlic, cut chorizo.

  • Baked potato -  2 unit(s)
  • Water -  120 ml
  • Chopped tomatoes -  400 g
  • Garlic -  1 clove(s)
  • Red chilli  -  1 unit(s)
  • Paprika -  10 g
  • Sunflower oil -  15 ml
  • Salt -  4 g
  • Black Pepper -  4 g
  • Red wine -  65 ml
  • Honey -  35 ml
  • Lemon(s) -  0.5 units(s)
  • Garlic -  1 clove(s)
  • Chorizo sausage -  200 g
  • Coriander -  15 g
  • Honey -  35 ml
  • Prawns -  200 g
  • Garlic -  2 clove(s)
  • Red chilli  -  1 unit(s)
  • Paprika -  4 g
  • Salt -  4 g
  • Lemon(s) -  0.5 units(s)
Cut chorizo evenly, make sure not to over cook the prawns and use a good quality olive oil, crush garlic, dice potatoes in advance, preheat the oven to help with cooking times. Make sure to taste and season with a good quality sea salt.
