Please preheat your oven to 150°C302°F

Use the butter at room temperature.
Metric US/Imperial
  • Almond Flour -  160 g
  • Eggs -  4 unit(s)
  • Caster sugar -  100 g
  • icing sugar -  250 g
  • Water -  25 ml
  • Butter  -  125 g
  • Raspberry Jam -  50 g
  • Milk -  2 Tbsp
  • Blue food colouring -  2 drop(s)
Piping bag, sugar thermometer, blender, sieve.
Use the food colouring and jam of your choice.
Eggs, Milk.
