  • Chicken -  330 g
  • Fresh coriander -  15 g
  • Coconut Milk -  400 ml
  • Butter  -  50 g
  • Turmeric -  15 g
  • Cumin -  15 g
  • Curry powder -  15 g
  • Ginger -  10 g
  • Red onion -  2 unit(s)
  • Vegetable stock -  250 ml
  • Mango chutney -  40 g
  • Garlic -  30 g
  • Red chilli  -  1 unit(s)
Large pan, wooden spoon, chopping board.
Use a wide-based pan or wok and always fry the chicken and onion first before adding spices otherwise the spices will burn. Make sure the butter is cold and always stir in the butter to the curry slowly and off the heat.
